SELF STUDY, DAY 4 — Careful examination of my bedside sleep log has revealed unusual results. Day 4 has proved the trend to be real.
DAY 1 -
Scheduled wakeup - 6:00 a.m.
Asleep at - 9:45 p.m.
Disturbances-
3:30 a.m. - Brittney leaving
4:30 a.m - Unexplained
NOTES - From 4:30 on did not return to full sleep
TOTAL SLEEP - 6 hours
DAY 2 -
Scheduled wakeup - 7:20 a.m.
Asleep at - 11:00 p.m.
Disturbances-
5:00 a.m - Unexplained
NOTES - From 5:00 on did not return to full sleep. Did not wakeup when brittney left.
TOTAL SLEEP - 6 Hours
DAY 3 -
Scheduled wakeup - 8:00 a.m.
Asleep at - 11:00 p.m.
Disturbances-
3:00 a.m. - Brittney leaving
5:15 a.m - Unexplained
NOTES - From 5:00 on did not return to full sleep.
TOTAL SLEEP - 6 Hours
DAY 4 -
Scheduled wakeup - 7:00 a.m.
Asleep at - 11:00 p.m.
Disturbances-
3:00 a.m. - Brittney leaving
5:00 a.m - Unexplained
NOTES - From 5:00 on did not return to full sleep.
IMPORTANT NOTE - Turned alarm clock around so i could not see time. Time frames persisted.
TOTAL SLEEP - 6 Hours

Data is inconclusive. Possible issues could range hypo-caloric intake to insufficent physical exertion to increased levels of stress.
Actions taken - 100 mg Valerian Root, self prescribed. Sleep log will show effectiveness over 5 day study.

welcome to the world known as 6 HOURS. that is the most sleep i can possibly get without disturbances.
